Brewing craft beer at home has become a growing passion of mine. Both technical and creative brewing beer offers a multitude of opportunities to learn about the craft but also the history of regions around the world. I have been at it since 2010 with about 10 brews under my belt. I am in the process of assembling a standard selection of recipes for my dream brewery that I have begun to list here under my Craft Beer Brewing page. I dream of brewing beer in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, Fly Fishing and living the dream. With this wonderful economy who knows if I’ll ever bring it to fruition but meanwhile I will press on with the craft.
